Intensive Outpatient Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
The Healing & Creative Arts Center offers a DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) three-month curicculum covering Distress Tolerance, Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
Our program is available throughout the year, five days a week, for three hours a day. You will learn personalized coping skills from counselors in an empathetic, supportive environment.

Intensive Outpatient Personality Disorders Counseling
Personality Disorders can be a debilitating disease that can damage a person’s close relationships. In the Healing & Creative Arts Center’s IOP, you can learn how to heal and strengthen those relationships by participating in an educational group setting and viewing videos that will help you to discover your healthy personality styles and what happens to you under stress.
In addition to traditional Psychotherapy, you will be encouraged to explore your creativity.
You will learn from others who have similar experiences through Group Therapy sessions and meet with a licensed counselor individually.
Our IOP also prioritizes reconnecting with family and addressing underlying issues, such as communication and boundaries, to help you progress.
Intensive Outpatient Emotional Trauma Counseling
If you have experienced emotional trauma and/or have a personality disorder, our IOP counseling program is for you. We will help you gain power over past traumas. If you are suffering from anxiety and depression, there is help for you.
Our counseling program can give you the tools to confront your traumas in a safe environment. If your emotional trauma is the result of negative familial experiences or abuses, our team can teach you how to set boundaries or foster new relationships with those you can trust.
Through creative expression, movement, music, and art therapies, you can begin to heal from emotional traumas and co-occurring diagnoses.
